The chaps who helped me load up were excellent. The units themselves suggest quality and security. Impressive.

All happened very efficiently and smoothly. Both preliminary explanations (given by Lisa) leading to my online check-in, and my actual induction into the building and signature of all documents, helped by Justin Sanders: explanations were clear and complete. I felt I was being helped understand all I needed in the most efficient manner. Justin, who helped me move in, was very kind as well as clear and precise in explaining all details to me.

Lisa was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained procedures in detail and gave me the confidence that my belongings would be as secure as they could be.

Very good service, it was well explained to me and the discounts helped. Justin was very good at giving me all the options available. Then on the day of booking in Lewis took me confidently through it all again .

Really good customer service - Lisa supported with initial enquiry and was really good and then Kendall Charles supported on book in day. He was friendly, helpful and also ensured we had all the relevant information and that the booking was correct for the stuff we wanted to store. Very good!

No information received regarding security deposit or insurance prior to arrival date. Also person using storage room opposite mine had spread their belongings all over the corridor making it impossible for me to reach my storage room.

I initially went to the website for a quote which was very straight forward and easy to understand,i then received a email straight away with my quote which i thought was very effcient.This was followed up with a phone call from the depot. The assistant manager Kim at the Bristol Central depot was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with how quickly i was able to move my items into storage which was a 30ft square unit,overall i would recommend Big Yellow

From Lisa who dealt with my booking through to the staff on-site, everyone was very professional and helpful.

Kendell, answered all questions that I had, had a friendly face and made me feel at easy and explained every step of the procedure from start to finish.
