The staff were very friendly and took me through everything I needed to know. The process of unloading items into th trolleys and into the storage containers was also very easy

Liz or Lynne (forgot name sorry) was very polite, helpful and explained everything to make sure I understood fully how it all worked. I was even made a lovely cup of tea.

Kim handled our check-in to the Bristol Central branch. Great customer service! Cannot fault her or her colleague. We'd just driven from London after having moved out of our house and were offered a coffee on arrival. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Big Yellow because of Kim. She is an absolute asset to your business!

People were approachable and went outside the usual standards to provide customer care.

I am so happy that I chose Big Yellow, after originally booking with Safestore. I called to see if Big Yellow could match my quote, and the person I spoke to on the phone did this for me, and made the whole process very smooth. I came into the store to buy packaging material, and the woman at reception again was so helpful. When I came to sign my contract and move in, I was helped by Justin. I wasn't happy with the room I was allocated so he made sure I got a room I was happy with and I really felt like he was on my side trying to help, rather than taking advantage and making me spend more money to get another room. Moving is one of the most stressful things you can go through, and I feel like the whole team at Big Yellow made this move stress free! I'm really really happy with the service I have received. I would definitely use Big Yellow again, and have already been telling all my friends what a stress free move it was, purely down to the team you have! Thanks for all your help :)
