Quick service, friendly, helpful, very understanding staff
I booked online before coming to the centre, which was quick and easy to do. When I got to reception I was greeted by two very helpful and friendly staff members, I went through the paperwork and everything was good. I was then faced with the bill, which I was not anticipating as I had thought I'd done it online. Something which I felt was cost effective before had now gone to £49, far different to the £10 I was expecting to pay. I carried on though and signed the contract and was shown around by the ever helpful Lisa. Pleasure dealing with both staff. I am satisfied my stuff is in good hands and safe storage between my move.
