very good customer service. Really good over the phone and when I ask for something to be done it is really easy and gets done straight away.

The process of checking in went entirely smoothly and quickly and on top of that the staff were more than adequately helpful.

The service was good, I was talked through everything I needed to know and personally shown how to lock my storage safely.

Friendly receptionist, allowed us to park briefly in unallocated bay, v v busy. Remembered us as previous customers, fond a lightly larger room. Showed interest in what our plans were and us as people.

The attending employee Justin was extremely informative, gentle, reassuring and friendly. Loved the experience!

I found Lisa to be very friendly, helpful and informative and the whole process was very painless, especially as this was my first experience of dealing with a storage company.
