Completely forgotten the gentleman at the front desks name but he was incredibly helpful, made checking in really easy, walked me through everything, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend. Storage facility itself is incredibly well laid out and safe. Helpful desk guy deserves a cheeky bonus and highfive.
The team were fantastic with set up, helping us find the right size unit, changing units and when we no longer required storage were really helpful with the off boarding too. If we have a requirement in future for more storage I would definitely use Big Yellow Bromley again
