I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Yellow Storage Bromley. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredible! genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from any company. Charlie and another young lad (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) were both absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain the whole process clearly, walked me through the different options, and even offered me a cuppa while we sorted everything out. Honestly, it’s rare to come across service this good.
