Bit of an issue with the email attached to my account but dealt welll when I phoned. Richard - staff on hand when I checked in was great. Could have been more larger trolllies available. Perhaps there needs to be something said to return them to the ground floor?

I was looking online at storage facilities in our area and then I received a phone call from someone at your company simply because I had to enter general details to get pricing information. It felt rather pushy. I didn't have a definite date or time when they called when I told them that I wouldn't have that information for a few more hours, they said that they would call back after 3:00. They called back and I was still waiting to hear from the van service, so still no definite date or time. They were quite insistent that I register then so I wouldn't miss out on the discounted price and that I could change the dates later if necessary...as I said pushy.

Upon entering the store in Bromley, I was greeted by Natalie, she was friendly, approachable and (as it turned out) very competent at what she does. She was able to guide me through the process of signing up in a way that made me feel valued and not like a number on a conveyor belted just a walking pound sign. Information was given to me in a clear, timely and very thorough manor that was easy for me to understand, Natalie was unobtrusive and seemed to care about me as a potential customer, and I was asked throughout if there was any questions that I had which gave me plenty of opportunities to address my concerns (which there was none). As I say, I was very happy and at ease with the process and it was made enjoyable, NOT a confused hellish-mess, thanks to your wonderful employee, Natalie. P.s I saw her interact with several other existing customers and she was equally friendly to them! Genuinely a nice person and one I would recommend keeping hold of and utilising her customer care skills.

After some false starts the process was straightforward. Due to competition the pricing seemed all over the place but we finally agreed a good deal.
