I was thoroughly impressed with everyone at Gig Yellow especially Natalie who dealt with my booking and checking in. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

Initial enquiry was handled very easy, emails and website easy to follow and a couple of telephone enquiries were promptly answered.

I thought that the initial enquiry was handled really well and everything was well explained by Nathalie.

I went to the Bromley branch as I enquired about storage on the internet that morning and was contacted by Natalie in Bromley. She was really friendly and very helpful. Customer service was A1 will definitely recommend to friends because of her.

Everything was very clear & customer friendly & the staff were fully knowledgable about the entire process. My only slight quibble was the lack of knowledge in cubic feet of the space I was renting. Shipping companies work in cubic feet & you "sell boxes". Boxes have a capacity. If I enlisted the help of a friend to move a box that was one foot by two feet, they might be quite surprised to arrive & find it was six feet high. I knew that my wife was shipping 87 cubic feet of stuff over but I was shown the diagrams on the floor & left to figure out for myself which of those, in an 8 foot high room, would accommodate her stuff.

Natalie was excellent in guiding me through the process and provided top quality customer service.

Natalie was very pleasant and helpful. She showed me the space, helped me d dude which size I needed and made the process very easy The young man (sorry I can’t remeber his name) who helped me the day I moved my things in was also very pleasant and helpful

Natalie was so helpful and informative without her help I would still be filling up forms.

The staff I spoke to were friendly, helpful and attentive, couldn't have asked for more.
