Staff although did their job , clinical and to the letter . A smile or some kind of conversation would have been nice

Natalie from the Bromley branch was really helpful when checking in. Made my first experience with Big Yellow a pleasant one. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. The out of hours access was smooth and the trolley access was a great bonus.
