I was served by Dipesh and he was extremely helpful. As it was a house clearance it was a stressful day for me and I forgot my ID. I politely explained that it was a necessary part of the process and he allowed me time to go get my ID and return to complete the transaction. I really helps when an agent takes the time to understand the customers needs. He also changed the room as I didn’t like the slope in the roof.
