Really helpful polite and quick service from Tim and Nick

We are using this storage facility whilst refurbishing out home. Have found the facility very easy to use and the staff have been flexible now that we are downsizing to a smaller unit. We've spoken with all of the staff (Tim, Charlie and Nick) who have been polite, friendly and efficient.

Great service from Nick and Charlie today! And they do good coffees and teas too! Recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Yellow Storage - Bromley. I first spoke to Charlie on the Friday after making an online enquiry — he was incredibly helpful, really listened, and asked all the right questions to understand what I needed. When I arrived at the store, Nick and Tim were just as impressive. Both were super helpful, happy to answer any questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. All three of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. Although it’s a little more expensive than some other storage options, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of customer service you receive. Highly recommended!

Immediate call back from Nick when clicking through the website, who explained everything very clearly and had me set up to store everything at short notice when I was let down by a van rental. Tim signed me up at the desk which was also seamless and v pleasant! Storage seems very secure and at least as much room as was described on the website.
