Very easy on line check in, member of staff at the Bromley branch called Ellie was extremely helpful and explained everything to us.

Natalie was excellent and the facility was exactly what we needed. I particularly like the fact that you accept deliveries and we can get access from 5am to 11pm.

The lady who assisted me was absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and gave me lots of advice. She also went out of her way to make me feel relaxed, chatting like an old friend. She was great and I can't praise her enough!
