The check in was extremely useful: it helped me clearly understand how the storage unit would work and how I could gain access. The unit itself is fantastic value for money and I feel happy in the knowledge that my goods are safely locked away and I can come and move and add to them at any time. Finally, Ellie (who checked us in) is extremely good at her job, friendly and very clear.
The lady who delt with me ( natalie) Was so professional and helpful and also very nice to talk to she made the whole experience easy and I would definitely use your company again and recommend you to friends. It makes such a difference when dealing with someone pleasant I only wish more companies I deal with were as nice.
I have to say I was very impressed with Nathalie, her lovely positive attitude and the speed at which we were served which made it a great experience.

The assistant Natalie was great, nice and very helpful. Made the whole experience much better and provided all the information needed. Also, being able to have deliveries sent to the storage is perfect
