The service from Lucia and colleagues was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful right from my first call to enquire about my storage options. On the day we moved in, Lucia was amazing - helping us choose the right storage for us and showing us how everything worked - the facilities were immaculate - everything made such a great impression.
