Going above and beyond to be helpful

I checked into the storage facility through a chap called Keith, who I must state dealt with me in an outstanding manner. Keith explained each step fully and made check in very straightforward, very pleased with the whole process

The whole process was really simple. From getting a quote to moving in, you made a potentially very stressful situation very easy. Plus the staff in the Byfleet branch were really friendly and helpful.

Lee was very polite during our conversations, the spaces are clear, corridors are roomy, but units could do with a touch more light so I'm not having to navigate it with my phone light.
