I thought everything was fantastic (phone call, online check in, etc), but lowered scores due to not being able to book best prices online (necessitating the call) and having to go through every detail of the online check in in-person when you get to the store.
Very well and easy process
Lee, the manager, was brilliant. Showed me around the facility and explained everything perfectly. Will definitely use Big Yellow in Byfleet again should the need arise. Caroline
Lee Madigan was very professional throughout and made the checkin process very easy, even when I had to change units due to limited access.
Lovely people in the Byfleet branch, even made us a cup of tea whilst we waited. All very efficient. Would recommend to others.
