Very professional at all stages of sign-up and moving in. Lee (West Byfleet) in particular has been very helpful and made the process hassle-free.

I enquired online and was contacted a short while later by someone at the store. I found the booking process good and on attending the site Julia was very helpful

The Byfleet store manager, Lee Madigan, was polite helpful and provided all information I required. He gave guidance and help throughout the enquiry, booking and move into the storage.

I was initially directed to the Epsom store by the website. Speaking to the representative there he passed my details on to my local store and have me some advice on my needs. At my local store I was greeted by two lovely people who helped me out and made me feel very valued as a customer. This was Lee and Julia. They showed me exactly what I needed and helped me with the process. A special mention to them both, much better service than I expected.

Never use storage before, was put at ease straight way . Showed, one to small, took me to next one perfect. Paper work easy .

Very good advice and support

I spoke with both Anna and Lee over the phone enquiring on prices and sizes available. Both members were extremely professional, friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Explained all the relevant processes to me and on check in day even walked me around the facility showing me to my space.

Lee the manager and Julia were exceptionally professional and helpful with everything. It’s the 1st time I’ve used BYS and will highly recommend.

It was execellent ,Anna was on point couldn’t have asked for better service ,even the gentlemen Lee was also very good ,he even recommended transporters who could help at short notice.Wonderful team.
