We just turned up at 5.45pm with a van full of household furniture and memories that needed storage and no advance booking. Yet despite it being close to 6pm closing the help we got from Todd at the counter was exemplary. He stayed behind to set up the contract and help us get organised. Excellent service.
Really Easy, Julia was fantastic, she understood what we needed and worked to give us just that, didn't try pushing us into anything SHE wanted us to have, but listened and provided exactly what we required. The whole process so simple and straight forward.

There was a slight problem the evening we moved in as the room was still locked but they dealt with us without and stress.we called security. They contacted a key holder how called us very quickly and came and opening it up. All within 30 minutes . Errors sometimes happen but it’s how they are handled that is the sign of an excellent service. Thank you Connor , Anna and Julia and lee
