It was easy and smooth. Having the form done on line I needed only few minutes to sort out the paperwork. The staff was amazing, professional and helpful. In this matter I have a special thank you for Louis. He helped me negotiating a good deal and had to stay after his working hours to allow me to offload my stuff as I was running late.

Good deal and customer service

I spoke to customer services first of all (out of hours I believe) and the lady (forgive me for forgetting her name) was incredibly helpful and patient. I then dealt with Charlotte from the West Byfleet branch for the rest of the time over the phone and during our visits to the storage unit and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an incredible asset to the company!
