nice and easy to book and to check in. Friendly staff, also very secure environment which made me happy to store valuable items

I spoke to customer services first of all (out of hours I believe) and the lady (forgive me for forgetting her name) was incredibly helpful and patient. I then dealt with Charlotte from the West Byfleet branch for the rest of the time over the phone and during our visits to the storage unit and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an incredible asset to the company!
