From your initial contact by Laura at Byfleet ,to the final check in with Charlotte ,the process was simple,flexible ,efficient and well thought out. Just what we needed as we were moving house,and just how much storage was needed was hard to call. But Big Yellow made the job so much easier! Thank you!

This storage facility is only five minutes away, so very convenient. It's really simple to arrange to rent a unit. My experience of Big Yellow Storage so far has been excellent. I would particularly commend Grant, the reception guy who I initially spoke to and who showed me around, then took me through the whole procedure. He couldn't have been more helpful and was very polite and friendly; a real credit to the company. The units are clean, dry and secure and access is very flexible. It is a little more expensive than I had expected, so the bill can add up over time, but all in all I would hightly recommend BYS if you are looking for some extra space.

Right from the first enquiry phone call to reserving unit and then checking in, I can't fault the service. Staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The set up is great, access easy, trolleys to help move your items and facility well laid out. Would highly recommend.

Information given was misleading. Unable to complete documentation in advance and haulier kept waiting for 45 minutes whilst documentation was completed.

The staff member was extreamley helpfull and patiant with my children. The whole thing was very easy and well explained. I would highly recomned this service.
