I needed to store my stuff for a few months in between homes when having a renovation project done. The staff at Big Yellow Byfleet were so good at meeting all my needs and explaining how to go about things. They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. My stuff couldn't be in better hands and I can visit it easily and get anything out I need. Great competitive price made the whole storage side of things painless! Thanks to Mike and Linda.

Surprisingly pleasant experience. Went along a couple of weeks before I needed the space and all the options and pricing were well explained. What I needed to do before I arrived with my stuff was also explained and saved time on the day. Also recommended a removal guy who was excellent too.

I'd like to thank Alison who was so helpful in showing me precisely how to use the facility at Byfleet to store my son's stuff. I had been concerned that I was doing the right thing. No longer. The sense of relief I feel at the level of safety and security, the reassurances I was given by Alison, all combine to create Peace of mind. And that's hard to find in this day and age! Thank You!

Excellent service and very helpful and flexable staff

I found the location, service, staff and facilities first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. The only slightly negative point I found was at time of initial investigations online. The quotation stage meant I had to log a new quotation to see the images of the storage rooms available. It would have been nice to have been able to view pictures without having to process a full quotation application. Overall, excellent service though. Very friendly staff too.

This is the second time I have used Big Yellow at Byfleet. Their facilities are clean, well designed, well lit and secure. There are ample trolleys to help with my requirements, and the boxes and products on offer are of the highest quality. The staff are friendly, patient and professional, and on both occasions have gone out of their way to explain everything to me. I will certainly be returning there again when I next need storage.
