On what was obviously a very tiring and stressful moving day, it was so nice to arrive at such a well organised, professional and friendly company that made the storage experience ( our first time ) a pleasurable one. Thank you Big Yellow !.

The staff at Big Yellow Byfleet were so good at meeting all my needs and explaining how to go about things. They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Surprisingly pleasant experience. Went along a couple of weeks before I needed the space and all the options and pricing were well explained. What I needed to do before I arrived with my stuff was also explained and saved time on the day. Also recommended a removal guy who was excellent too.
I'd like to thank Alison who was so helpful in showing me precisely how to use the facility at Byfleet to store my son's stuff. I had been concerned that I was doing the right thing. No longer. The sense of relief I feel at the level of safety and security, the reassurances I was given by Alison, all combine to create Peace of mind. And that's hard to find in this day and age! Thank You!
Excellent service and very helpful and flexable staff
I found the location, service, staff and facilities first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. The only slightly negative point I found was at time of initial investigations online. The quotation stage meant I had to log a new quotation to see the images of the storage rooms available. It would have been nice to have been able to view pictures without having to process a full quotation application. Overall, excellent service though. Very friendly staff too.
