Having never used a storage facility before we found the staff very helpful and the value for money with the first 8 weeks discounted by 50% is unbeatable

My overall experince was one of pleasure. The staff were extremely helpful both on initial visit and when booking. The value for money was excellent and I liked the fact that I could cease rental at any time (7 days notice) and receive a full refund of unexpired rental time.

I used Big Yellow Self Storage and can only say how fantastic they were. All my property was safe and secure and they even returned my credit on my day of departure.

It would be really useful if you had moveable walls that allowed you to increse/decrease the amount of storage space you required without having to physically move everything to a smaller/bigger storage space.

We cancelled our space well over a year ago, if not 2 years ago. When we did have a space, it was convenient and the staff were always helpful.
