I have recommended this store to many of my friends as the staff are friendly and store is immaculate.

Found the ease of using storage good. Good securtiy and ease of loading and unloading.

I think that it is easy to use and the place is clean and all you things that you put in there are very safe. You make you known code up to get you in and out and thats what good about it.

I was very pleasantly surprised when storing my household effects how safe and secure my belongings would be and the big yellow staff were first class.

Thanks very much to Big Yellow. We rented a 75sq ft box to help with our house move. We received friendly advice and service with everything explained to us very well. Turned out that we filled up our box so we took on another, and it was ready for us very quickly. Thanks to all the team in the Byfleet branch.
