Booking was simple and easy. Once I got to the storage facility, the staff member Jonathan was particularly helpful explaining everything. Was also very impressed with how he juggled assisting me and other customers who arrived at the same time.

All the staff have been, courteous and helpful. Moving home is generally a stressful experience but the team have really made this part of the journey a lot easier which is greatly appreciated.

I was introduced to the facility by Aisha and she showed me the sample size and availability. She then took me on a tour and let me view the proposed room. She was very polite and inftormative so I decided to take the room. I returned on Sunday to complete the details and Erin helped me finalise the details. Charlie and Erin were so professional and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. This store was very busy but throughout they were calm, courteous and unflustered, taking everything in their stride - good team. We felt very reassured we and our belongings were in safe hands
