I sadly had to get storages due to having to go to emergency accommodation and have had quite a stressful time. When I first called to enquire I spoke to Antony in Customer Service & he was so helpful with me and listened to everything. He advised me in what I needed & it was still a quick straight forward phone call. He was brilliant. Then when I went into the Camberley branch I was seen by Erin & not only was she so friendly she was so helpful to me especially as I had my newborn. Once again quick & easy check in. Erin also took the padlock back & dust sheet back up to my unit for me to save me going again up with the baby i was so thankful she really went above & beyond. I could not recommend Big Yellow enough especially Camberley, & throughout such a stressful time this company has been the most helpful & straightforward & lastly the kindest to me. Thank you.
