Kane was very helpful on the 'phone when enquiring/booking, and the process simple despite being a self-storage first-time.

both Erin (initial enquiry) and Charlie (who checked me in and showed me the ropes) were friendly and welcoming; both very efficient and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Erin was in the middle of serving another customer when I arrived but she still managed to hand me over to Charlie using my name which I found to be a very personable touch and showed great customer service skills. Equally, Charlie made me feel very welcome and not just another customer; lots of eye contact and used when name when appropriate. I was really impressed.
