I had very little time for leaving my thing sin the storage and personnel was very helpful in managing it really well and quick.

Alex was brilliant

All of the staff were so friendly from the beginning when we booked it and on the day we started to us it.

Everything was very easy to arrange and we were well looked after by Tom, Alex and Aaron. Thank you very much for making moving day easy!

Offered a good deal. 15sqft. Was not impressed by constant added costs. Quoted 1 price, wasn't told about insurance. Then had to add in a padlock. Lots of hidden costs. You need to fully disclose everything from the start.

I had booked my room online, but when I got to site it was too small. So Thomas managed to get me the right room at a good price, a 75ft sq. room which was exactly the right size. He explained how it all worked and showed me what I would be getting. Very good service and very helpful staff. I would recommend Big Yellow to all my friends and colleagues.

The staff were really helpful, I didn't have a clue how much space i would need and Alex talked me through all the different options and prices and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. All the staff are friendly which is nice too. I purchased a 40ft room.

On both of my visits to Camberley the service was fantastic. On my first visit Alex was hugely helpful and showed me around the facility. On my second visit Aaron made the final singing up process both speedy and easy. Big thanks to them both.
