I already have a unit, but I needed another one urgently on a Sunday, owing to a need to collect my daughters belongings from her university tenancy as the landlord had let us down regarding the originally agreed removal date. I phoned Lucas, who was extremely helpful and did all he could to sort out a unit and do the paperwork so that I could move in immediately. He ensured that he whole process went smoothly and without problems at what was a difficult time.

Aron and Luke were VERY professional, increadably friendly and helpful. They are a great asset to your company. Clean facilities. Easy to use. Well run and always feel so welcome.

Great customer service

First time I have ever used a lockup and I was always wary on how it would pan out but, most surprisingly, my experience was one of complete professionalism mixed with humour (always a must) - I was completely taken aback at how easy the whole process was and how helpful your people were while I was dithering about deciding on the storage size required - marvellous.
