Very good honestly I received all the help needed all the information I needed to know before I began storing my stuff.

Overall the experience was very good indeed.

Both members of staff we've met on reception were very friendly and helpful. The access is really easy and it's very convenient to be able to back right up to the shutters to unload. Our only minor criticism is that the trolleys have a bit of a mind of their own and can make going round a corner rather awkward. Other that that really pleased and would happily recommend.

The girl on reception was very helpful and friendly. The only minor issue is that the sizes vary quite a bit for the same size room, I know the size are only approximate but some 40 sq ft rooms are much smaller than others.

The team were so helpful for my check in, and gave really good intructions on what to do.

I found the service, professionalism, courteousness and helpfulness of the staff excellent, and the process efficient and effective for booking in.

The service provided by the staff was superb. I injured myself (my fault !) on site and was given first aid. As my wound was still bleeding, I could no longer drive and a paramedic wouldn't attend, a staff member actually escorted me to A & E ! How much more could you ask ? Well, later I was contacted by phone to see how I was, fantastic ! I feel really grateful for the personal level of care provided.

The store is in a convenient location for either short or long term storage needs. The environment is well organised and the access is simple to use. The opening hours are limited on weekdays until 6pm which can make getting there in time after work a bit of a rush.

Very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Set up my storage quickly. The facilities are very well thought out and easy to use, but with high security.
