A few people had implied that I should avoid Big Yellow but I have to say I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The site itself was clean, well lit and well laid out. I feel safe in the knowledge that it's like fort knox for me to get to my own storage so I know it would be very difficult for anyone else to get to it. Overall I was very impressed.

So simple and straightforward. Being able to store our property in such secure and clean and tidy conditions takes a whole lot of the worry out of moving. The Manager Trevor, at the Camberley store was very helpful and polite and put me at ease straight away.Thanks Big Yellow.

I was made redundant from Army recently and I was at overseas assignment. Eventhough, I owned a property in Camberley, the property was on rent until two months later then my run out date in Army. I requested Army to store my belongings for the extra two months to store my belongings until my property is available back to me. But, the Army said, they will charge me some money for that. I felt used and abused and looking for storage in internet. Luckily, I saw this The Big Yellow Self Storage and my Godness me, they were blessed with friendly and flexible staff. I thought my store require big room. So, I booked a big room. But, when the lorry arrived and unloaded the store, it could have been fit in down size room. So, I asked the staff to amend my bookings and there was no problem at all whatsoever! On top of that, they gave 10 % discount for the Army personnel. So, I am really pleased in their flexibility in saving my money. I would strongly recommend the store to anybody!

When Scubaprint were dropped in it with a very large printer being delivered out of the blue, Brian at your Camberley branch were there to help. I turned up out of the blue, but he managed to find us a storage room immediately and solved our problem. He went through everything quickly and clearly which help us get back to work faster.

The staff were friendly and extremeley helpful, making sure I was happy about everything. A professional and prompt service.
