Very impressed by the set up, staff very switched on and able to change my reservation for a larger space on arrival. My only adverse comment is that only one of the two llifts was working, not ideal!

From my initial visit through to us booking and using our storage space I found Trevor (the Manager) and his colleague friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They provided an exceptional level of customer service, rare these days. Trevor as much as the choice, suitability, cleanliness and condition of the storage offered to us made us choose Big yellow.

On the day we moved the items to be stored into the Big Yellow, there was more than we had anticipated, yet the Manager was extremely and moved us to a larger storage area. We have found all our dealings with Big Yellow to be simple and the staff to be very resourceful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've never had the need for a storage unit before, so really didn't know what to expect. But it was all so easy, the staff at Camberley were so helpful, via email and in person. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
