I cant believe i didnt do this earlier, i have yet to put all of my items into the storage facility but i wish i had done this earlier. The decluttering of items from the house and shed that i use very infrequently alllows us all to breath!! Access is excellent, however i have yet to experience the time when i need something and i am out of hours!! I am sure though as aone of the staff would accomodate me so i am less concerned. The package is good howver i think the price could be slightly more competitive, a little cheaper and i would say the demand would sky rocket... overall excellent option for those with a small amount of space or living in temporary accomodation... takes the stress out of it all... and means i dont have to move to find room for all my gear until i buy again

From the moment stepped in premises it was all so simple, only negative which is not fault of your company is that roadworks on the roundabout.....Grrrr

My name is peter foley i had to put my house items in the big yellow because my new house was not ready to move into on this date. I called the number for big yellow and the lady that awnsered the phone was so helpful on explaining what i get for my money i was so inpressed this is what made me book the storage. I had a call the day i was due just asking a ruff time of my arrivell when i arrived there was 2 people on the desk and they was so helpfull went threw everything so i would defently recomend big yellow to everyone. There was only one down full i couldnt see any drinking facilitys ie cold drink machiens or coffee thank you peter foley.

As we moved our charity's office out of London to Camberley we had a whole pile of archive materials. I popped into BIGYellow and Carl and Bryan made everything so easy. We found the right size room at the right price and the security is excellent as are the out of hours facilities. Most of all as a woman even going to our store out of hours feels really safe. All in all I can't fault the service. Thanks guys!

The Camberley Big Yellow storage is a great facility. Easy to use, with friendly, helpful staff. Storage facilities are clean and dry, there is excellent security and the location of the depot is easy to find. It would be hard to find a better storage solution in the Camberley area.

We were down-sizing and needed to store some 'needed' but 'no space for' stuff. Big Yellow Box suited our needs ideally and still does as we have retained a 'room' on a permanent basis. The staff, especially Carl and Trevor have been most helpful and made the experience most satisfying.

Had to find an arrangement for a shipment from overseas at a fix date - Easter Saturday. Was a bit under time pressure and did some research on the internet and some calls.Very soon I could identify the Big Yellow Self-Storage as the best solution for me because the staff incl. mgmt were very helpful, understanding and flexible. And their offer was very competitive. Best choice for me re flexibility - also to scale down as I am working down all my card boxes -, the new and clean facility plus their easy to use security measures, not to forget the friendly staff. Really haven't regret and will work with them as long as needed and surely when I need a storage again.

I needed storage for a week while moving from Yorkshire to Surrey. The guys in the Camberley store were great, as I needed to arrive during out of hours, so arranged for me to check in at the Leeds store. They were so helpful and made sure everything was setup for me, so i could just arrive on the day. The storage unit was clean and tidy and I can't fault it in anyway. I would recommend and also use again if needs be.

It took one hour to move into my store room, the day before I was in a 2 bedroomed house !! I could park the van right outside the storage facility and trolleys were provided to help transport my belongings to the lift and into my store room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were professional and friendly and made the check-in process simple and swift

Hi Have been particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at the new Camberley branch, check in was easy and the staff were really eager to assist - for example my request to change rooms was done without any fuss. The facility itself is very impressive and feels secure. Would Recommend
