An excellent service, however I would suggest that for each customer that hires a room a "customer" discount is offered on all packing boxes, tapes and bubble wrap etc. Make your customers feel valued!!

This was the first time we had used a storage facility and the process was very smooth and faultless. The staff were very helpful and made the experiance, which can be stressful, pretty painless. We were moving the inlaws down from Norwich to Camberley so they could be nearer their family and will be staying with us till they find a place of their own. Needless to say the situation was stressful for both parties but Big Yellows facilities made that part of it simple!

From the moment of my first enquiry to locking the storage door I was so impressed. Alex, Karl and Brian were so friendly, helpful, professional and assets to the company. I have nothing but praise for Yellow Storage.

Very convenient to pop in and get stuff or add stuff especially with the complimentary out-of-hours service. The locks on the doors look weak, however the individual security alarms should make up for that.
