I am really happy to used your service. I feel that my things are safe and well look after.

On the day we moved the items to be stored into the Big Yellow, there was more than we had anticipated, yet the Manager was extremely and moved us to a larger storage area. We have found all our dealings with Big Yellow to be simple and the staff to be very resourceful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We moved our things into the Big Yellow Storage unit at the weekend, the service we received from the staff was excellent, really friendly and extremley helpfull. The unit was clean and the facilities were great. Overall a really easy move. Thank you

I've never had the need for a storage unit before, so really didn't know what to expect. But it was all so easy, the staff at Camberley were so helpful, via email and in person. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A few people had implied that I should avoid Big Yellow but I have to say I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The site itself was clean, well lit and well laid out. I feel safe in the knowledge that it's like fort knox for me to get to my own storage so I know it would be very difficult for anyone else to get to it. Overall I was very impressed.

So simple and straightforward. Being able to store our property in such secure and clean and tidy conditions takes a whole lot of the worry out of moving. The Manager Trevor, at the Camberley store was very helpful and polite and put me at ease straight away.Thanks Big Yellow.
