Lauren called to explain I needed to come in and complete paperwork to sort my new account and made sure I planned time for this. She was very friendly and explained everything really well. I love that she showed me how to do everything g and gave me a dummy run. She was very clear about the insurance and all legal terms. It is time consuming- but she was very professional and clear and friendly.

Everything was done perfectly - the store team called me as soon as I’d booked a room to explain everything to me quickly and succinctly so that my booking and move would be as easy as possible. When I got there they were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful - it couldn’t have been easier.

Your reception team were great from the start to the finish of the move in process. Harry and the rest of the team at the camberwell branch were highly professional and efficient in handling my move into the storage unit.
