Friendly professional and helpful staff. Information provided was very clear. Tutorial video and electroicsign in make the moving in process seamless. Being shown around the facilities was a nice touch. Customer Service overall was excellent. Facilities are clean and well maintained and easy to navigate.

Very clear check in process. Lauren was extremely helpful and made it very easy for a first time customer to understand what was going on. She was very professional and made sure we knew what she was explaining by giving us ample opportunity to ask questions.

Communication was so good. From all the emails and info videos when I booked online, to phone calls from the team on my move in day, I got lots of clear information. Also the security system is brilliant and the facility is really clean.
