The entire process was a dream - excellent communication, care and support.

The initial call and enquiry, was really easy but felt a bit 'sales extras' orientated - not dramatic, but you lose a few points because of it. When I got there though, I was welcomed and looked after by Harry who was amazing. Great personality, service and attitude. Showed me around, was accommodating and really nice to deal with. He gets a 10/10. The facility is new, sparkling and easy to use as well.

Kat and Harry at the Camberwell branch could not have been more helpful. They answered every query I had and were friendly and polite. The information was clear and the whole process was made very easy and stress-free.

I made my initial enquiry online which was straight forward. All staff at the store were knowledgeable and made the transition very swift and easy.

The operator (Lauren) was quite helpful since the beginning over the phone and so when I checked in at the storage office. Easy, clear and friendly

Clear, helpful communication. Didn't take too long to book in. It feels very secure, clean and well-run.

Easy online enquiry, and then excellent telephone assistance from the staff. On site check in was swift and on site staff (Harry) was extremely helpful. The facility is spacious, well laid out and is far better than a number of other storage facilities previously used. I cannot recommend any improvements to the whole process; it was faultless.

Everyone has been kind and very clear on how to book and move, from the moment I called the first time to the moment I signed the contract.
