Excellent service from the Cambridge team.

The online process is simple and quick. You can easily go backwards and forwards to add information as you go along. Dave, was extremely helpful and friendly and gave me a tour of the facility to help decide on what size of unit would best fit our needs.

Called the Cambridge Big Yellow to get details. Hassan took my call and was very efficient and friendly. He told me all that I wanted to know and after the call I booked space for the following day, yesterday. Yesterday, I met David, the manager and was booked in and briefed by Nadir, who then took me to my storage area. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of my storage area, the corridors, reception area and toilets. A very good start with genuinely helpful and likeable management and staff.

We were greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation from the moment we walked through the door. I was a little nervous as I have never hired storage space before, but David was amazing at helping us feel settled and ready to go!

David was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very help in getting me set up and talking me through the facilities and how to access my locker. A real credit to your firm.
