They were very helpful

The store was at a really good location which was not too far from where I lived and the service was great as it was quick and efficient.

What impressed me most was the genuine concern shown to us by both David and Josh about our needs and about how they could best be served. They were articulate, helpful, and ready with answers to things we had not even considered. They made it a pleasure to deal with Big Yellow Self Storage and I will gladly tell anyone of my friends about the experience and the quality facility we've been fortunate enough to have found. Great Customer service, efficient and concise. I needed to arrange for a bigger unit that originally thought and it was no issue at all to change it. David at the Cambridge branch could not have been more helpful.

From the first point of contact - a voicemail message I received from David to all subsequent communication and finally the paperwork with Josh, the customer service was so friendly, cheerful and positive that it made a stressful time (moving house) a bit easier
