I have never used any storage company before but after dealing with the Cambridge branch especially Josh he made it clear and a very easy process.

The store was at a really good location which was not too far from where I lived and the service was great as it was quick and efficient.

What impressed me most was the genuine concern shown to us by both David and Josh about our needs and about how they could best be served. They were articulate, helpful, and ready with answers to things we had not even considered. They made it a pleasure to deal with Big Yellow Self Storage and I will gladly tell anyone of my friends about the experience and the quality facility we've been fortunate enough to have found.
