Had a very nice starting experience. Helin was incredibly helpful and patient while introducing me to the facility and answering any questions. The facility overall is very tidy and less complicated than may initially appear. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was for me alone to put quite a lot of stuff into the storage room without any in-person help.
From my first encounter, the staff were very helpful. Anita was very understanding and enabled me to move ahead, and Nadir took us through the whole sign up calmly and clearly.
The team or lovely and the prices are better than storage king down the road. But my god that check in procedure is tedious. Don’t bother wasting time checking in online. You’ll have to go through it all again anyway
