Absolutely amazing experience with Big Yellow. My wife and I had to store 3 bedroom apartment worth of stuff here while we looked for permanent housing in Cambridge, and were staying in an Airbnb. They made everything so easy for us, and bent over backwards to help us, such as when we needed to upgrade our storage space on the day of the move, and they sorted it out, switching us from 50 square foot to 75 square foot in just 10 minutes. They offer extended hours access until 10pm if you call or email and request it, which was a godsend when we ended up moving our things out of storage much later in the day than originally planned, due to other circumstances not related to Big Yellow. They're relatively centrally located, and since they're by a big grocery store, you can get groceries or a coffee at Starbucks nearby after dropping off your stuff. Can't recommend the staff and company enough!

I cannot recommend Big Yellow Cambridge enough!!! We used their services for an international move before finding a house in Cambridge, and from the start I received excellent, comprehensive help over the phone, with a walkthrough of every aspect of the process and every question patiently answered. They were extremely accommodating and flexible to us changing move in and move out times and even needing to upgrade our space on move in day. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and we received an excellent offer with a prompt refund for the time we didn’t end up staying. The facility itself was clean and secure. They responded to absolutely everything we might have needed and made the process so easy and stress free. Thank you guys!!!!!!!
