All the staff I chatted to were curteous, professional and very helpful. Setting up my account and access to my storage unit was very easy & stress-free. Will highly recommend this company to friends and family.
I was shown 2 x different sizes that could accommodate my needs, a unit was becoming available but extended its lease so Simon and Will kept me updated on when units were available.
online registration could be improved, I kept getting reminders to complete it when I had done so. For some reason it had deleted my address and that was the issue, but I had inputted it at the start of the process.
