Tony (from the Canterbury location) was very nice, helped me with everything and was able to solve all my confusions. He was great detail.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the checking in process was very smooth. I was also very impressed by how little the changeover (of the Canterbury store specifically) from Lock & Leave to Armadillo affected the customer experience, meaning that repeat customers like me did not have to try to adjust to a completely new system. The only issue I had was with the online check-in - first, the login details provided in the email did not match up exactly to the input, causing some confusion. Second, it requires a complete inventory which cannot be changed post-check-in. This is a problem, since I (and other customers as well, no doubt) tend to pack and store in several stages and so do not necessarily know how many bags or boxes I will have at the time of checking in.
