The team ( Sahil & James) was very collaborative from the phone call until I locked my locker, they made everything very clear and super easy. Thank you for saving my day!

Sahilt and Marcus were awesome, made the process very easy. This is nice considering the circumstances as to why I need to store my belongings.

I met James when I enquired and was very helpful and informed - he practically simplified the process and reassured me. In my next visit James was away and was attended to by Sian. Was initially concerned James was away but Sian was super excellent and equally glad I met her. She was very helpful.

I originally dealt with Marcus, he was very knowledgeable and helped no end in helping me to make our decision. Emails were always sent through very promptly and with follow up calls. On the move in date, Sian completed all of the paperwork and showed me around and how to get in and out. Again very knowledgeable. I have found all members of the team extremely polite and courteous.

We initially discussed our needs with James at Cardiff. Once at the branch James was very clear in the instructions regarding entry and codes etc. At a very difficult time for everyone both members of staff in branch were professional and polite.

Especially given the current climate (Covid) exceptionally well.
