The initial customer support over the phone and then the on-site handling of my room booking and handover were friendly and very helpful.

I found the whole experience very helpful. Sian and Marcus were both experienced members of staff and nothing was too much trouble. They reassured me throughout and helped me with my many, many questions. 5 star service.

Marcus, Sian and James were amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. They even let me go to a smaller room last minute when I realised I'd over estimated my storage needs. Lovely clean building, nice layout and good trollies. Will be recommending to all friends and family if they ever need storage.

All telephone staff were brilliant and patient as we had to change our date three times. Each time they very helpful. James was extremely helpful and friendly both on the phone and yesterday when we put items into the unit for the first time. The units are clean and the system is well organised. Thankyou.
