Stall, especially Marcus were excellent. Can't say a bad word about anything.

Very easy, I asked Marcus for a quote, he offered one, I gave him a competitors quote and he matched it. When I arrived to sign the documents, they made me a coffee, and were very polite and friendly. Matt didn't rush anything but nothing took to long either. I wasn't bombarded with a tonne of information about policies and procedures, only what I really needed to know and some key points of the contract highlighted for me. Any questions I had, he answered confidently and precisely. I needed to add another name to the unit short notice over the phone, it was done in less than a minute with no dramas. I also forgot to mention I'd need access to the unit after 6.00pm, I called customer services at 6.15 and again, they made the process super easy and quick and helped me sort out a problem with no dramas whatsoever. Very happy with the service

The 2 lads working on 12th March had excellent customer service and explained everything in detail they made me feel very welcome. They are a credit to your business.

never really impressed by the method of giving a price which is initially more expensive than competitors, then coming in with a lower price ....just start with you best price!

I did a quote online for a storage unit equivalent to a 2 bed house. I was surprised at the cost as it was less than I thought- I had a call shortly after from the team based at the penarth rd store and booked my unit . Staff were very friendly and helpful and the store manager Sian was amazing
