Excellent customer service. Easy to book. Laura and Liz were really friendly and helpful on check in. Good location. Was worried that the room I booked might be too small but actually it's the perfect size. Thanks also to Nicola Crosby for helping us with a discount.

The process of registering took some time and I'm sure that more could have been done online so as to shorten the experience.
It was such a nice surprise to walk into somewhere where the staff were not only polite but went above and beyond to help. We had cups of tea and my daughter was given colouring to keep her entertained. You could also tell the staff enjoyed working there. Great service all round!
It's just very easy, from online booking to check in. Staff are very accommodating and flexible if your needs change. They took the time to explain things with clarity.
