Pleasing and easy

I think that I've explained earlier how grateful I was to both Denise and Ayshea who made the overall experience a delight. At 65 years old, and doing this for the first time, and having a stressful time lately,I was very uptight about it. Both of your staff made it feel so easy, and I came out of the centre feeling completely at ease with myself.

I'm happy with the service and location. However , l would be happier if prices were lower than what they already are. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. No confusions or unclear issues is another advantage of this branch of the company.

Arrangements over telephone and customer service and explanations were excellent - Felt very secure in leaving our boxes in lock-up as everything was told very efficiently and explanations given well done Marcus

It's the first time I've used this company and I've been really impressed. Everything is very clear and straightforward and the staff I spoke to on the phone and at the store were really polite and helpful. The paperwork is also very clear and simple and easy to understand.
