The person working on the reception desk was extremely helpful and clear with everything I needed to know which made everything very easy.

I've dealt with two separate branches and had excellent customer service at both. Staff are friendly, very helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. If I needed storage space in the future, would definately use Big Yellow again.

I checked in at Cardiff big yellow this weekend ready for a big freight delivery to put into storage. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless, and I even got an upgrade to a larger room for the same price. The facility itself is very clean and accessible, I was on the 2nd floor but with the use of the trolleys and the lift it doesn't really matter what floor you are on. They even offered to put the kettle on while I was waiting for my delivery, or to give me a ring when it arrived if I wanted to pop into town. Would I recommend their services to others? Absolutely!

I rented a small outside box at Penarth road, Cardiff, I thought the 6 month pay up front deal was fairly good value for money. The bloke who checked me in, Marcus, was good, in fact for a bloke in his first couple of weeks he was well sorted Stefan

We found the system very accessible and easy to use, with helpful staff. Lifts were quick and trolleys always available. One star lost on Value For Money because I'm not yet sure how charges will compare to other storage units after the initial half price period.

From reserving my space originally, right through to do the day of my removal, Big Yellow Cardiff have been excellent. Staff are more than helpful even when I had to change my storage space! Everything was so easy and it took the stress out of moving my property into storage. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow and the Cardiff store to friends and family.

I can't stress enough how excellent, helpful and patient the staff are. The girls on the desk helped me through every step of the way, which was a great comfort to me as I was moving out of my house and dealing with everything on my own. Five star service.
