Rates should be discounted when storage period is longer than 6 months.

The lift should be working instead of us having to use the storage lift The hand drier in the ladies toilets dont let out much air to dry hands and there is no hand wash in there

I have used this storage for nearly three years and never encountered any problems. the staff have always been friendly and ready to offer their assistance at any time. The way i receive my invoice via email is very efficient and the monitoring of access is superb.

When I have had queries or problems with password etc or need to move my things in late at night, Big Yellow staff have always been really helpful and happy to help. I would recommend to a freind who needed to store objects as they have always helped every time in the office or over the phone.

Used Big Yellow two years ago for 6 months. Was impressed, and 18 months later I rented a (smaller) storage room at Penarth Road. Staff are so helpful, and the building is spotlessly clean.

The storage space was just the thing for a growing business - it had outgrown space at home, but I hadn't yet found business premises. Yellow box tied things over nicely.

When loading my stuff into the room i was really impressed with the amount of carts available, the really big lifts and wide isles. I had no problem moving my large items in.
