No complaints. On the few occassions that I have had a query, the staff have always been extremely helpful and polite.

It was perfectly set up and the service was outstanding, I enjoy every part of it. I would strongly recommended.

Used to store some stuff over the summer when returning home from uni, found the location perfect, excellent staff, cheap and reliable, would of been nice to be able to access the store 24/7 without having to pay extra, but this isnt a problem! Thanks so much, have recommened it to other freinds, perhaps should think of advertising in a university campus as alot of students would use this facility!

The Big Yelllow Storage, was accessible, had plenty of space. the Staff are all very friendly and helpful and made my use of the storage facility easy and pleasent. I highly reccommend them if you ever need storage.

In fact, they were so helpful I don't feel I can include everything they did for fear of generating unreasonable expectations.... We had the kind of move that gives you nightmares: academic pack rats in a 4-bed house, crammed full with trophies, memorabilia, heavy books .. got only a few weeks notice of a sabbatical that my husband had been dreaming of for years but the details were all up in the air. We had to make a leap of faith.. and FAST. He would run ahead; I would make space for others to stay, then spend the issuing period back and forth. We had to leave some, store some, and, (at some future date yet to be specified), ship some.. making commitment to a specific amount of storage space nearly impossible. But some of the stuff we had was delicate so couldn't be stored just anywhere. The Big Yellow staff were my saviours. Literally. Due to our fluctuating circumstances, I had to move rooms a (record?) number of times. They first gave helpful advice about the options, then, as our plans changed iteratively, they came up with all kinds of suggestions to save me time, space and money. Not only were they always effecient and competent, they were always cheerful and sympathetic too (which helped enormously in such a stressful situation). In general Big Yellow makes everything easy anyway because it is well-thought-out and implemented. As a woman trying to do this on my own, the layout of the place and the free use of a collection of trolleys and trucks meant that I only needed to call in movers once for a few heavy pieces (great guys, recommended by the staff). I also felt my stuff - and myself - were very secure, even when I needed out-of-hours access. Plus, when I ran out of things like packing tape, etc, - always at just the wrong time, lol - I could just pop downstairs and buy more ... They really do think of everything. The crazy thing is that with all this great service and flexibility, they were still cheaper than what we were quoted by the alternatives, who would have offered none of these features or flexibility (and who seemed less secure and easy to use). In our circumstances, we made our decision on value, not price, but it still worked out the best on both counts. I know it's a cliche but I really couldn't have done it without them. I can't recommend them enough.

Great Space, always space to park when I need to collect/drop off something. The peace of mind that my items are stored in a dry and insured environment. I can get to my stuff whenever I need to without it costing an arm and a leg yet its not filling up my own house.

I have hardly had cause to deal with the staff but when I have they have been courteous and helpful in every way one might hope for.

Moving house was always going to be a major hassle for me ... trying to do the 'chinese puzzle' that is shifting stuff to a new space, fitting into different sized rooms and getting DIY and decorating done in the new house as well ! I decided to put all non-essentials into Big Yellow, which gave me some room to 'breathe', get the DIY done without tripping over too many boxes, and allowed me to 'unpack' as and when the space in the new house was decorated and ready. Flexible access times, good security, and clean well-ventilated storage space took much of the pain and stress out of a complicated move!

IT WAS A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION, WITH GREAT ACCESS TIMES, EASY TO USE AND THE STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND EVEN REMEMBERED MY NAME!!!
