Whole customer service and being there and storing my stuff experience was brilliant. Yana was so amazingly helpful.

So easy from check in on website to speedy service at customer desk. Staff very helpful. Very impressed.

Competitive pricing but the sales adviser that I dealt with Yana Vicheva simply could not have been more helpful.

I have found the staff really nice and helpful, the facilities are clean and easy to use.

Because the guys at the store were really helpful. I didn’t want to grade this lower but the systems are very slow which meant we had to wait! Sort your tech out :)

the staff were polite and efficient with the registration, very helpful with advice. Following visits with goods to be stored and I found again the staff were very helpful with moving items I found heavy. This is what I found scary with the thought I wouldn't be able to move certain items but the help has made it an easy and a good experience.

Young lady Yana was extremely helpful on arrival , talked me through everything , showed me the room and recommended a more suitable one for my needs. She was professional throughou, in check out too. Received a call from Sam of whom called me when it suited me and properly refunded me. Excellent staff!
