Easy to deal with etc.

Great service, good location, but a little expensive

Very clear and simple process to book online. When I arrived at the building in Chelmsford, I was greeted by Lee Cole. Having never used a storage company before, Lee explained the process very clearly. He displayed excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend him to friends and colleagues. 10 out of 10!

Excellent, fast response to enquiry online, followed by a telephone call from Yana. When we visited the storage site shortly after the telephone call, Yana helped us through the process of choosing the best storage space to meet our needs. She was also very efficient and helpful in explaining each stage of the process of booking our storage space, and also in the process of using our code to gain entry to the storage space, and what to do when leaving the site.

Yana was so helpful and professional and made the whole experience simple and easy. Excellent service. Great security and helpful out of hours access.

Sam made the whole experience easy, and seamless. He is a credit to Big Yellow. He remembered my name and treated me as more of a friend than a customer.

Good staff knowledge, very polite and showed us the storage area and advised on space given what we wanted to store, listened and made infomed comments and treated us as bening people who wanted advice and just not to be sold to

The guy was very polite and clear also the process was quite quick. i really liked the online check in, that speed up the process a lot.
